新华社北京5月11日电（记者万倩仪、董雪）外交部发言人郭嘉昆11日在答问时表示，中方愿同俄方继续秉持永久睦邻友好、全面战略协作、互利合作共赢精神，不断加强各领域合作，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：俄罗斯总统普京在“5·9”胜利日庆典结束后的记者会上表示，俄中战略协作已成为遏制冲突、维护全球战略稳定的关键支柱。中方对此有何评论？郭嘉昆表示，中俄是新时代全面战略协作伙伴。近年来，在习近平主席和普京总统的战略引领下，中俄关系保持高水平发展，为变乱交织的世界注入强大稳定性。郭嘉昆表示，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年、《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年和“中俄教育年”启动之年，中俄关系发展迎来新的历史机遇。“中方愿同俄方继续秉持永久睦邻友好、全面战略协作、互利合作共赢精神，不断加强各领域合作，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。”他说。
