带头强化党性原则 ■张延栋某部在深化政治整训中，教育引导领导干部当好党性原则的“捍卫者”，带头强化党性原则，讲党性不讲私情，讲原则不讲关系，讲真理不讲面子。这一举措赢得官兵点赞。习主席指出，领导干部“要坚持党性原则，是非分明、敢于斗争，在重大问题、原则问题上旗帜鲜明”。共产党人无论想问题、搞研究，还是作决策、办事情，都必须站在党和人民立场上，而不能把个人利益放在第一位。这就是共产党人的党性原则，也是每名领导干部立德修身干事的基石。能否坚持党性原则，关乎公平正义、道德操守、风骨品格，是衡量一名领导干部是否称职的重要标尺。我党我军的历史上，很多领导干部牢记党员第一身份，坚定捍卫党性原则，为我们作出了表率、提供了示范。“没让子女搭过一次公车”的杨善洲、“党性阵地不能在一张宣纸上失守”的杨业功……正是因为他们坚持党性原则，没有私心、不存杂念，才能一心一意干事业，创造一项项过硬政绩，成为大家学习的榜样。强军新征程上，领导干部只有带头强化党性、恪守原则立场，怀德自重、洁身自好，做到明大德、守公德、严私德，才能涵养风清气正的政治生态，永葆清正廉洁的政治本色。
