表扬也应说清缘由 ■王敏哲何欣怿 “指导员，最近你们连来帮厨的战友总是心不在焉，这是怎么了……”上周末的一天，陆军某部某营司务长找到有线通信连杨指导员“诉苦”：灶上急着等菜下锅，其他连队的战友洗菜配菜忙得脚底冒烟，该连战士却总盯着灶台附近的锅碗瓢盆，抢着拿出去洗洗刷刷。过去，该连帮厨战士的表现一直很好，为什么会出现这种情况？带着疑问，杨指导员在第二天上午前往炊事班一探究竟。事实证明，司务长所言非虚——兄弟连队帮厨战友切肉配菜忙得满头大汗，该连下士刘鑫却在一旁“溜达”，看见有空出的碗碟餐盒就赶紧拿走清洗。 “刘鑫，你不好好备菜，这是干啥呢？”杨指导员拍了拍刘鑫的肩膀问道。刘鑫显得有些不好意思：“小杨不是因为清洗餐具被表扬了吗？所以我……” 原来，该营官兵统一就餐，炊事班任务较重，所以由各连轮班清洗餐具和打扫食堂卫生。此前该连值班期间，杨指导员偶然看见帮厨战士杨小龙在完成炊事班分配的任务之后，还抽空清洗了烹饪时使用的餐具和餐车，帮助负责餐后打扫卫生的战友减轻压力，便在连务会上表扬了杨小龙。杨指导员的本意，是肯定杨小龙帮助战友完成集体任务的行为。但因当时没有说清前因后果和自己的考量，导致不少战士会错了意。所以，该连战士帮厨时才“总盯着锅碗瓢盆”。摸清事情原委，杨指导员十分不好意思：表扬是激励官兵、凝聚士气的重要方式，不仅代表对被表扬者的认可，还为其他官兵指明未来的努力方向，因此必须清晰准确。而现在，因为她表扬时就事论事，导致战士会错了意、跟风盲从。连务会上，杨指导员讲述了事情经过和自己的反思，提醒干部骨干引以为戒，日后讲评工作一定要把事情讲清、问题点透，避免战士产生误解。 “最近连队开展安全隐患排查，春耀辉发挥自身特长，主动检查维护通信机房用电线路，这种以连为家、为集体负责的意识值得大家学习……”这两天，值班员利用晚点名时间对班长春耀辉进行表扬。解散后，上等兵王振旭找到春耀辉说：“班长，我也想加入你们，为连队作贡献！”
