联勤保障部队工程大学推动课堂对接战场实案化教学递进式培养解放军报讯刘冬、李嘉哲报道：近日，一堂紧扣实战要求的作战指挥教学模式改革精品课，在联勤保障部队工程大学开讲。在实操作业环节，面对“弹药库、物资库遭敌炮火袭击”等特情，参训学员依托该校自主研发的后勤指挥模拟训练系统展开连贯作业，熟练完成方案拟制、协同处置等，有效检验了快速反应和临机处置能力。 “院校教育是打牢后勤指挥人才能力根基、提升部队后勤保障水平的关键一环。”该校领导介绍，近年来，面对初级指挥教育培训中存在的教学与部队需求匹配不够精准、施教模式不够灵活等问题，他们着眼部队需要，以实案化教学改革为抓手，体系构建“基础—合成—联合”递进式后勤指挥人才培养体系，重点打造12门实案化精品课，为后勤指挥人才培养提供有力支撑。实案化教学，递进式培养。该校锚定学员岗位任职能力核心目标，完善教学内容，整合资源编修教材，更新实案想定；研发多套模拟训练系统，依托模拟指挥方舱等开展实案化教学，让学员在“硝烟弥漫”的沉浸式课堂中，加深对教学内容的理解；组织连贯作业和综合演练，在实案化教学中夯实学员战斗素养。他们还突出实战标准，推行“实案实训实考”模式，邀请一线部队指挥员参与组训考评，通过联训联考、问卷座谈等方式收集教学反馈建议，构建起“教学—评价—反馈—改进”闭环链路，持续推动课堂教学精准对接战场需求。该校毕业学员、某部参谋孟雷在校期间，先后参与3套模拟训练系统的实操训练，还多次完成来自部队实践的实案想定作业。“从基本技能到合成训练，再到综合演练，每一步都紧贴岗位需求。”孟雷说，在校练就的指挥协调和特情处置能力，使他返回部队后能够迅速胜任岗位。
