暗夜振翅巡海天 ——海军航空兵某团开展下半夜飞行训练见闻 ■田子昂汪黄飞直升机进行夜间着舰。汪黄飞摄夏日子夜，海军航空兵某团机场塔台灯火通明。“各机组注意，检查仪表，起飞！”随着指挥员一声令下，数架直升机引擎轰鸣、接续升空，一场下半夜飞行训练拉开战幕。 “抵达预定海域，正在搜索目标。”夜色深沉，漆黑的海面涛声阵阵。机组成员克服夜间飞行可视条件差、危险系数高等不利因素，始终保持高昂精神状态，利用机载雷达对目标海域展开搜索，通过数据链及时共享情报信息。塔台内，空情数据实时传输、指令快速流转，各席位密切关注任务海域动态。海空之上，机组成员全神贯注对可疑目标展开侦搜。突然，一个微弱信号在直升机雷达显示屏上一闪而过。机组官兵敏锐捕捉到这一异常信号，迅速对其展开跟踪，并将信息共享至塔台。机组和塔台经过综合研判，确定其为攻击目标。 “目标锁定，准备打击！”指挥员一声令下，飞行员对目标实施精准打击，随后快速撤离战场，投入下一科目训练。 “下半夜飞行训练给官兵生理心理带来挑战，且夜间海空视线模糊、环境复杂多变，对机组技战术水平和应急处置能力提出更高要求。”该团领导介绍，针对下半夜飞行训练特点，他们前期周密制订训练计划，组织参训人员进行暗夜条件下适应性训练；遴选骨干成立攻关小组，研判训练空域、航线和气象环境特点，细化完善特情处置预案；从严开展特情模拟训练和地面座舱实习，帮助飞行员提升应急处置能力。航灯闪烁，战鹰归巢。战鹰着陆后，机务、场务等战位官兵快速就位，从航电系统到旋翼，从发动机到起落架，为战机进行全面检查。不多时，又一波次战机升空，相继投入平台起降、着舰飞行、仪表飞行等科目训练。“地面保障同样是下半夜飞行训练的关键一环。”一名参训机械师说，夜间能见度低，训练节奏快，不能放过任何细微隐患。“必须拿出比白天更饱满的状态，才能做到‘零差错、零遗漏’，确保参训战机以最佳状态升空训练。”他说。月明星稀，随着最后一架战机顺利着陆，这次下半夜飞行训练落下帷幕。简令室内，机组成员逐架次、逐科目查摆问题、研讨对策，针对夜间飞行盲区干扰较大等问题研究优化操作流程，为下一步开展针对性训练找准方向。
