新华社北京6月12日电（记者曹嘉玥、马卓言）中方日前宣布对菲律宾国防部长特奥多罗及其亲属实施制裁。外交部发言人林剑12日在例行记者会上答问时说，特奥多罗是菲律宾国内一小撮上蹿下跳的反华分子代表性人物，他这样肆意妄为，必然会自食恶果，损害的是菲律宾整个国家和全体人民的利益。正是他这样一小撮人不负责任地肆意妄为，才会导致中菲争议激化，两国关系恶化。
