防祸于先，远离“危墙” ■马昕作者：张学士古语讲：“防祸于先而不致于后伤情。知而慎行，君子不立于危墙之下。”说的是，聪明并且谨慎做事，君子不会站在危险的墙壁下面。对于党员干部而言，严守纪律规矩，就应远离可能招致违法乱纪的“危墙”，不在红线底线上打转转，识险在先、避险在行，切实筑牢安身立命之本。何为“危墙”？是倾斜欲倒、随时崩塌的高墙险壁，靠近便有被砸伤身、招致灾祸之虞，喻指危险环境与不可控风险。今日违法乱纪之“危墙”，指的是潜藏在履职岗位、权力运行、作风品行、日常工作中的各类权力陷阱、作风漏洞、苗头隐患。多“预见”风险，方能少“遇见”危险。只有保持见微知著的洞察力、防患未然的预见性、严守底线的自制力，知险识变、预判在先，主动避险、保持清醒，不心存侥幸、不漠视隐患，自觉做到节制欲望、遵规守纪、洁身自好，才能守住初心使命、守住纪律红线、守住履职底线。知险避险，方能行远；知畏知止，方能立身。回望奋斗征程，老一辈革命家身居高位不搞特殊、手握权力不越红线，用常怀敬畏、守规律己的言行为我们树立了光辉榜样。毛泽东同志对亲友约法三章，不谋半点私利；周恩来同志定十条家规，拒亲属沾光；彭德怀同志不享特殊待遇，不搞特殊化……他们始终对纪律心存敬畏、对权力心存戒惧、对风险心存警惕，主动远离特权之墙、贪欲之墙、松懈之墙，一辈子不搞特殊、不越红线、不碰底线，确保从政之路行稳致远、修身之本牢不可破。习主席强调：“要注重防范被利益集团‘围猎’，坚持公正用权、谨慎用权、依法用权，坚持交往有原则、有界限、有规矩。”无数事实反复证明，一些党员干部违法犯罪、失足落马的结局，都不是因为一朝一夕的失守，而是长期靠近“危墙”、漠视风险的结果。有的党员干部纪律意识淡薄，心中无戒、目中无规，把岗位当特权、把破例当常态，在小事小节上放松要求，在人情往来中放松底线，身处歪风邪气的“危墙”边缘却浑然不觉，站在违法乱纪的“危墙”之下却心存侥幸。如此这般，不清醒、不慎重、不知止，长期在纪律的红线底线上打转转，必然身陷囹圄、身败名裂。当下，各类隐患隐形变异，各种诱惑暗流涌动，“危墙”更具隐蔽性、复杂性、关联性。履职用权、拒腐防变、修身律己，要求广大党员干部始终牢记纪律面前人人平等、规矩面前没有例外，任何时候都不抱侥幸心理、不打擦边球，在权力面前知敬畏，在诱惑面前守定力，在人情面前明界限，坚决远离权力寻租、人情勾兑、特权享乐等各类风险隐患，心有所畏、言有所戒、行有所止，确保在规矩之内干事、在纪律之内用权、在职责之内作为。
