送医 ■王军李海亮 “大娘，您这是季节性过敏性鼻炎，春季干燥空气刺激咽部和气道，按时用点药，症状就能缓解。”近日，山东省济南市长清区大邹村八一幸福院内，济南第六离职干部休养所军医李军从药箱中取出对症药品，耐心叮嘱村民李桂兰。李桂兰老人上了年纪，身体不大好。每逢季节交替，总是流鼻涕、打喷嚏。“俺腿脚不方便，以前总觉得不值当为这点小毛病进城看病，就硬扛着。”李桂兰说，听说济南第六离职干部休养所的医疗小分队要来村里义诊，她就来幸福院看看。没想到，军医一眼就看出症结所在，还详细询问她的病史和生活习惯，为她建立健康档案。 “出门戴好口罩，少接触花粉灰尘。要是还不舒服，就打这个电话。”将药品交给李桂兰，李军又将写有联系方式的卡片一并交到老人手中。义诊过半，李军记挂着村里还有几位行动不便、无法前来就医的老人，便和战友商量，留下两人继续接诊，自己和其他几名队员携带器械和药品，分头上门巡诊。吕传莲老人因脑梗常年卧床，仅靠老伴一人照料，医疗小分队每次义诊都要上门。李军为老人测量血压、血糖，排查病情，叮嘱她的老伴：“大爷，您多辛苦，平时经常给大娘翻翻身、做做按摩，促进血液循环。有情况一定及时联系我们。”老人连连点头。结束诊疗，他们又匆匆赶往下一户。夕阳西下，义诊活动接近尾声。当医疗小分队准备返程时，不少村民自发前来相送——有的拿来刚摘的新鲜水果，有的递上热乎的烙饼。“大爷大娘，别送了，我们过段时间还来！”小分队队员笑着挥手。
