学会“挖深井” ■郝国伟牟诗琪 ●只停留在本领表层终究走不远，唯有学会“挖深井”，沉住气踏实打磨、持续精进，才能真正练就过硬本领笔者单位有一名通信兵，刚接触专业时悟性出众，各类实操任务上手很快，初次比武便取得不错名次。然而在取得荣誉后，他渐渐放松自我要求，不再沉下心钻研专业难点、打磨实操细节，导致专业能力停滞不前。待到再次参加专业竞赛时，面对复杂特情，他接连失利、一败涂地。这名战士的经历给我们以启示：只停留在本领表层终究走不远，唯有学会“挖深井”，沉住气踏实打磨、持续精进，才能真正练就过硬本领。当下，在少数官兵身上存在不愿深耕、浅尝辄止的浮躁心态，或是面对难题不肯下苦功钻研，或是同时涉猎多领域，精力分散之下样样学不精。贪多嚼不烂，浅尝难出真本领，岗位练兵、备战打仗容不得半点虚浮，倘若始终浮于表面，便难以淬炼打赢能力。那么，我们该如何沉下心“挖深井”，真正把专业练精、本领练强？锚定主业，专注深耕。万物精进，贵在专一。人的精力有限，想要练就过硬本领，首先要锚定自身战位，聚焦核心技能精准发力。如同铆钉，以分毫不差的精准、始终如一的稳固，守住方寸、支撑平稳。在“一专”优秀的基础上，再去“兼通”“多能”，主次分明、统筹兼顾，这样才能真正挑重担、担大任、扛硬活。我们应当摒弃贪多求杂的想法，不盲目跟风，把主要时间和精力用在钻研本职工作上，避免泛泛而学，“样样通，样样松”。直面瓶颈，攻坚克难。深耕专业技能的道路不会一帆风顺，途中难免遭遇能力瓶颈，也容易在难题面前心生退意。越是这种情况，我们越不能退缩，不能半途而废。要正视短板差距，主动查找问题根源，虚心向骨干请教、向书本学习，在实践中一点点突破能力瓶颈、一步步补齐短板弱项。同时要稳住心态，不急于求成，始终稳扎稳打，把一个个“拦路虎”当成“垫脚石”，如此方能积小胜为大胜，在反复打磨中不断突破，实现能力迭代升级。持之以恒，厚积薄发。“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”深耕之路往往是漫长的，注定要忍受寂寞清苦。但就像毛竹默默扎根蓄力一样，只要耐得住寂寞，持续深耕，终有一日能破土而出、直冲云霄。军旅之路从无捷径，那些为人所称道的成绩的取得，都是长久“挖深井”的结果。我们应当摒除杂念、心无旁骛，保持滴水穿石的韧劲，千磨万击、反复淬炼、久久为功，以辛勤“量变”换能力“质变”，以过硬本领成就一番事业。
