俗话说：“马有前悔，人有后悔。”骏马疾驰，若察觉前方有沟壑险阻或敌情危险时，便能立即止蹄，此乃“前悔”，是察险知止的生存智慧；反观人之“后悔”，多因事前失察、疏于防范，导致栽了跟头，留下叹息。相较于“后悔”，党员干部当增长“前悔”之智，并将其化为拒腐防变的思想自觉与行动自觉。 “前悔”是事前的警醒、主动的防范。《六悔铭》有言“官行私曲，失时悔”，《辞金诫》提出“欲无悔吝，不若守慎”，都在告诫为官者要自我警惕，否则后悔莫及。对党员干部来说，“前悔”意味着在面对权力、金钱、美色等诱惑时，能敏锐辨识其潜藏的危害，主动摒弃非分之想，坚决守住行为底线。众多落马干部的忏悔录中，字里行间浸透悔恨泪水，剖析原因，大多是“前悔”意识缺失：对“人情往来”麻痹大意，对“糖衣炮弹”丧失警惕，放任贪欲潜滋暗长，直至东窗事发才幡然醒悟，却悔之晚矣。这份迟来的悔恨，既无法挽回清誉，更无法弥补罪责。这深刻警醒我们：唯有增长“前悔”之智，方能杜绝“后悔”之痛，永葆清正廉洁的政治本色。增长“前悔”之智，须筑牢思想防线。“前悔”与“后悔”之别，本质在于思想上是自省自觉还是麻痹懈怠。《近思录》中讲，“然其明而刚，故一有不善，未尝不知；既知，未尝不遽改，故不至于悔”。内心清明、意志刚强者，方能察于微末、遏于未萌，因此不至于陷入悔恨。思想是行动的先导，思想防线一旦失守，行为必然失范。党员干部必须时刻拧紧思想“总开关”，常修为政之德，常思贪欲之害，常怀律己之心，无论面对怎样的围猎拉拢，都能时刻保持警惕，做到见微知著、防微杜渐，从思想源头上祛除私心杂念，确保初心不改、本色不褪、底线不破。增长“前悔”之智，须常怀戒惧之心。只有敬畏纪律、明晰纪律，才能抵御侵蚀，在诱惑面前做到“前悔”。习主席深刻指出：“纪律既明确了不能触碰的底线和边界，也为党员、干部干净干事、大胆干事提供了行动准绳。”纪律规矩既是“高压线”，也是“通行证”。党员干部要增长“前悔”之智，就必须认真学习党章党规党纪，全面了解掌握各项规章制度、纪律要求、行为规范，知道什么能做、什么不能做，知晓为官做事的尺度，真正做到心有所畏、言有所戒、行有所止，知止不逾矩、守规不致悔。增长“前悔”之智，须保持如磐定力。一些党员干部在入党之初、任职之始尚能慎独慎微、洁身自好，但随着环境变化、职位升迁，“前悔”意识逐渐淡化，最终在诱惑面前失守，滑向违纪违法的深渊，教训极为深刻。党员干部须将增长“前悔”之智视为一种政治责任，在持续强化自我修炼、自我约束、自我塑造中守好本心、永葆本色。唯有持之以恒涵养“前悔”的清醒和自觉，才能在各种诱惑考验面前始终做到“任凭风浪起，稳坐钓鱼船”，确保人生之路行稳致远。
