新华社北京6月9日电 6月9日，国家主席习近平同格鲁吉亚总统卡韦拉什维利互致贺电，庆祝两国建交34周年。习近平指出，34年来，中格两国始终秉持互尊互信、合作共赢原则，推动双边关系健康稳定发展，各领域合作取得丰硕成果。2023年中格两国建立战略伙伴关系后，双方政治互信愈加牢固，务实合作加速推进，多边协作更富成效。习近平强调，无论国际形势如何变化，中方始终从战略高度和长远角度看待中格关系。借此机会，我愿同卡韦拉什维利总统共同宣布，将中格关系提升为全面战略伙伴关系。相信这将为中格关系发展开辟新前景，为两国传统友谊续写新篇章，为双方互利合作注入强劲动力，为中格人民创造更多福祉。卡韦拉什维利表示，回顾过去30余年，格中建立了长久友谊，双边关系在相互尊重、相互信任、建设性合作的基础上取得显著成就。在两国建交34周年之际，我们共同决定将格中关系提升至全面战略伙伴水平。相信这将为两国合作创造更多机遇，为两国带来更大利益，并进一步强化两国人民友谊的纽带。
