好党课直抵哨位兵心 ■北京卫戍区某部某连党支部书记郑帅刚担任连队党支部书记不久，机关的一次推门听课让我记忆犹新。当时，检查组人员问了一个看似简单却让我当场语塞的问题：“你讲的党课，跟连队日常执勤教育，到底有什么区别？” 那段时间，我为了上好党课很是上心：翻阅理论书籍、引用经典论述、制作精美课件，力求每堂课都有“高度”“深度”。可我并未认真想过，党课和日常教育，本质区别究竟在哪。认真反思后，我主动调整方向，尝试在教案中加入大量身边党员的事迹，可党员们对我的调整评价依然不高。问题到底出在哪？我利用党日、执勤间隙和谈心谈话等时机，广泛听取意见。有人说：“党课讲得挺热闹，可听完回到哨位上，还是不知道该怎么做。”有人直言：“道理都对，但觉得跟每天查验证件、巡逻警戒这些工作没太大关联。”还有老骨干提出：“党课能不能有点‘哨味’？别总讲大道理，多讲讲咱们在哨位上应该怎么干。” 我听了这些意见，很受触动：党课不能为讲而讲，必须紧贴执勤实际、紧贴党员思想实际。从那以后，我开始更多留心发生在哨位上的故事。有一次，某哨位党员因夜间疲惫出现犯困，我没有简单批评，而是结合这件事在党课上组织讨论：“怎样在哨位上体现坚强党性？”大家你一言我一语，逐渐形成共识——党员的先进性，就体现在每一次敬礼、每一句口令、每一秒坚守里。有段时间，连队担负某警卫任务，几名党员主动放弃轮休、连续值守。我在党课上请他们讲述心路历程。有人说：“当时没想那么多，就觉得这个哨位交给我，决不能退。”这句话引起现场共鸣。大家也逐渐意识到，党性从来不是抽象的口号，而是哨位上的每一次坚定选择和无悔坚守。这些沾泥土、带露珠、冒热气的党课，往往能赢得党员普遍认可。党员的思想是动态的变化的。一次，连队连续担负多项高强度执勤任务，有党员私下吐槽：“每次加班加点的都是我们几个骨干，为什么？”这句话提醒了我：党课必须紧跟活思想。我立即着手准备，利用任务间隙，组织党员来到连队荣誉室上了一堂“微党课”。我指着墙上连队组建初期的老照片说：“那时候条件艰苦，哨位分散，第一批党员骨干每天要多走十几公里查哨，从没问过为什么。去年执行重大任务，党员突击队第一批进入核心区、最后一批撤出，也没人问过为什么……”这次教育后，许多党员主动发言，表示要把每一次执勤、每一次任务当作检验党性的“试金石”。这几段经历让我明白了一件事：党课不是高高在上的说教，也不能与任务脱节“两张皮”，它本质上是一次次面对面的思想对表——让党员在哨位上看清自己的身份，在平凡重复的执勤中记得自己为什么出发。真正管用的党课，往往不追求讲得多漂亮，而是让人听完站上哨位时，心里多一分坚定。（程文杰整理）
