记住那场“没劲”的篮球赛 ■海军航空大学某场站汽车连指导员崔浩近段时间，连队保障任务比较重，官兵们连续几个周末都在加班。考虑连里不少战士喜欢打篮球，我打算利用周内课余时间，组织一次篮球比赛，让大家放松一下紧绷的神经。一个周三下午，任务结束得早，我提前布置好篮球场地，心里盘算着，给大家一个惊喜。 “集合！”我招呼大家在篮球场列队，笑着说：“今天咱们打场球，人人都参加，活动活动筋骨！”可话音刚落，我就察觉到几名年轻战士心不在焉，眼神飘忽。我拉高嗓门：“怎么一个个蔫头耷脑？”见我神情严肃，战士们强打起精神，直了直腰板。我继续招呼大家上场，没再多想。可随后我看到，战士们传球不到位，跑位懒洋洋，有的敷衍地挪着步子。勉强打了半小时，我叫停了比赛。我有些生气，心想这些小伙子肯定是想在宿舍玩手机，才会如此不情愿。晚点名时，我作出严厉批评，队列里一片沉寂。这越发让我觉得，自己此前的判断没错。但等到晚上洗漱时，我发现班长王帅的腰上贴着膏药。再三追问，他跟我说了实话。原来，这些天他们班每天从天不亮忙到天黑，加油保障、接送机组、公务派车等各项任务压茬推进，大家来回奔波，长时间超负荷工作，导致他腰伤复发。听完王帅的话，我想起下午在球场上，他努力活跃气氛、带头持球进攻的样子，心里很不是滋味。 “指导员，小伤小痛不要紧……”王帅语气坚定。可班里几名新兵却走过来说：“今天凌晨5点多就出车”“完成了上午的任务，浑身像散了架似的。下午打篮球真没劲，实在是跑不动”…… 这些话像针一样扎我的心。确实，我把文体活动简单等同于打篮球，更忽视了当前担负的任务对体力的消耗，片面以为“出出汗”就能让大家解乏。第二天早饭前，我向大家郑重道歉，并重新拟定文体活动方案。考虑到年轻官兵喜好，我还提议，由各班班长结合当前任务实际，组织电竞比赛、桌游这类不太消耗体力的活动。又一次文体活动，连队气氛变了样。球场上，几名体能不错的战士打3人篮球；刚完成保障任务归队的几名战士直奔台球桌，俯身瞄准、挥杆击球；棋牌桌前，新老兵围成一圈，在桌游里斗智斗勇…… （杨龙、张依栋整理）
