随机式分享，点赞！ ■杜广辉解放军报特约记者张新凯初夏，火箭军某营“榜样分享交流会”举行，牛班长用短短5分钟讲述了班组在旅军体运动会上协力夺冠的故事，他的发言引起官兵共鸣。 “越是身边人身边事，越有说服力，越能打动人。”眼前的场景，让该营钟教导员很是感慨，如今深受官兵欢迎的分享交流会曾一度濒临停办。原来，该营以前每月开展一次“榜样分享交流会”，初衷是鼓励在比武竞赛、大项任务中表现出色的官兵登台分享经验，让大家学有标杆、做有榜样。但时间一长，愿意登台的官兵越来越少。问题出在哪？钟教导员组织基层骨干开了一次恳谈会。 “比武竞赛、立功受奖的机会就那么多，不可能每个月都有先进事迹”“平时训练任务重，如果登台分享经验，还要自己专门准备讲稿，实在抽不出时间”……武班长回忆，此前他报名分享某专项任务经验，由于营里要求反复修改打磨发言稿，登台分享时任务已结束大半年，交流效果大打折扣。官兵你一言我一语，问题症结逐渐清晰。“三五句话不嫌少，三五分钟不嫌短。”在钟教导员看来，官兵身边故事真实可信、可学可做，不需要“过度包装”。广泛征求官兵意见后，钟教导员带领干部骨干转变思路，决定推行随机式分享，不设定时长、不要求准备讲稿、不限制场地，有了实绩随时开讲，没有合适人选也绝不凑数；既鼓励官兵毛遂自荐，也支持官兵推荐身边榜样，只要事迹过硬、战友认可，都能登台分享。此外，他们要求干部骨干下沉一线，发掘基层先进典型，关注年轻战士点滴进步，鼓励他们登台分享成长经历。随机式分享效果如何？钟教导员告诉记者，官兵登台讲述奋斗故事、分享成长感悟的积极性越来越高，分享交流成了展示自我、互相激励的平台，训练场上比学赶超的氛围更加浓厚。日前，中士小李在一项比武中斩获佳绩，载誉归队的他自告奋勇分享拼搏经历，赢得官兵点赞。小李直言：大家都铆着一股劲，不出彩、不登台，想登台、先过硬！
