上海警备区打造军地青年联谊品牌—— “霓虹哨兵”牵红线 ■孙国栋解放军报特约通讯员樊晨 “我之前参加过不少次相亲，可多数都是见了面就没了下文，后来心里就有点抵触了。”谈及过往经历，驻上海某部战士杨志凯苦笑着摇了摇头。前不久，战友邀请他一同参加上海警备区政治工作局联合地方有关单位举办的“霓虹哨兵”军地青年联谊会。一开始，他内心犹豫：会不会又是老一套？最终，耐不住战友的热情邀请，杨志凯抱着试试看的态度参加了。活动地点设在黄浦江畔的“远望一号”测量船上，这让杨志凯改变了对联谊活动的固有印象。签到席前，他通过智能打卡系统，快速匹配到志趣相投的搭档；互动游戏中，智能交友系统根据他和搭档的性格特点、兴趣爱好，推荐适合的暖场小游戏……双方在默契配合中逐渐消除陌生感，拉近彼此关系，迈出相识相知的第一步。 “充满科技感的活动设计和服务，贴合青年人的交友习惯，让我们在欢声笑语中邂逅爱情。”杨志凯说。浪漫邂逅的背后，是上海市军地对解决青年官兵婚恋难题的不断探索。2024年，上海警备区联合地方谋划推出“霓虹哨兵”军地青年联谊品牌，目前已举办8期活动。 “今年2月，《关于做好边远艰苦地区和大龄未婚官兵婚恋服务工作的意见》下发后，我们依托城市科技资源丰富的优势，推动联谊活动创新，在活动中逐步引入大数据分析、智能交互游戏、机器人互动等内容，增强联谊活动的趣味性，持续助力官兵找到人生幸福。”上海警备区政治工作局有关负责人说。目前，上海警备区政治工作局已建立完备的未婚青年官兵信息数据库，全面归集官兵数量、年龄结构、户籍地域、择偶意向、兴趣爱好等基础信息。上海警备区政治工作局干事周天骄介绍，每期联谊活动前，工作人员都会联动地方主办单位，批量导入地方机关、事业单位、国企等优质单身青年信息，通过大数据比对分析，实现兴趣、性格、诉求的双向精准匹配，大幅提升交友适配度。同时，他们还建立全周期关怀机制，持续关注官兵后续交友、相处情况，实现从相识牵线、相知相处到婚姻护航的全程跟踪服务，切实把暖心举措落到实处。截至目前，“霓虹哨兵”军地青年联谊系列活动已吸引近千人参与，成功促成百余对军地青年牵手。
