遇到挫折别停步 ■庄行前不久，在连队组织的一场5公里武装越野摸底考核中，我所在班只拿了第三名。公示栏前，班里的战友们望着成绩单，一言不发。为了这次考核，我们铆足劲训练，一心想拿第一。然而，摸底考核却给大家泼了一盆冷水，班里有人因此情绪低落，开始消极懈怠。班务会上，班长对大家说：“一次摸底考核受挫就一蹶不振，等到下次考核，恐怕连这次成绩都保不住。把挫折化为动力，坚持练下去，才有机会拿第一。”随后，在班长的带领下，大家刻苦训练，休息时间也加班练，终于使训练成绩全面提升，在正式考核中拿到总评第一的好成绩。由这件事想到，挫折既是阻碍前行的绊脚石，也是托举成长的垫脚石，关键在于我们以什么样的心态去看待它。消极懈怠者，会把挫折当作终点，一旦遭遇失利，便心生畏难情绪，被一时的失意困住脚步、被短暂的坎坷磨掉斗志。在他们眼中，挫折是无法逾越的高墙，于是遇挫即止，最终荒废时光，让暂时的困境变成长久的瓶颈。积极奋进者，则把挫折当作重整旗鼓的起点。他们从不畏惧一时失利，更不纠结于一时成败，而是善于从挫折中找差距、从困难中补短板、从失利中悟方法。在一次次与困难的博弈中，能力得以提升，心智得以成熟，步履更加坚定。回想起自己刚入伍时，体能基础差，新兵连第一次摸底考核，引体向上一个也拉不上去，战术动作总比别人慢半拍。看着身边战友一一达标，我心里也犯过嘀咕，打过“退堂鼓”：是不是自己压根不是当兵的料？还要不要坚持下去？但最终我咬牙坚持下去了，每天加班加点刻苦训练。那时候支撑我的，不是什么豪言壮语，而是身边战友的鼓励：“都坚持到现在了，再撑一撑，也许下一次就可以了。” 一个人成长最快的时候，往往不是在掌声里，而是在一次次遭遇挫折后。然而现实中，一些战友却缺乏这种清醒认识。他们有的刚出校门心高气傲，满怀憧憬奔赴岗位，可碰了几回壁、遇到几次困难，就心生倦怠，“不想干了”；有的参加比武竞赛全力以赴，却未能摘金夺银，便心态失衡、情绪低落，回来就把训练笔记一扔，再也提不起劲头；还有的反复打磨工作方案、推敲细节，却屡屡被否定，几番挫败过后，便自我怀疑，认定自己“不是这块料”，索性消极懈怠、躺平摆烂。如此这般自暴自弃，其实是错把挫折当作终点，白白丢掉了成长进步最宝贵的契机。真正的蜕变，从来不是在鲜花和赞誉中完成，而是在一次次跌倒、反思、爬起的过程中实现的。成长成才从无捷径可走，所有亮眼的成绩，都是历经挫折坎坷打磨而成。军旅路上的坎坷磨难，都是淬火成钢的燃料。我们应当读懂挫折的真正意义，受挫不馁、失利不颓、遇困不退，把每一次碰壁都当作查漏补缺的机会，把每一次失意都当作沉淀蓄力的蛰伏，把每一次否定都当作迭代提升的提醒，才能在日复一日的钻研进取中不断提升自我，最终拥抱成功。
