沈阳联勤保障中心培养基层业务骨干担任政治教员—— 上阵地能操作登讲台会授课 ■陶永俊解放军报特约记者汪学潮夏日北疆，沈阳联勤保障中心组织一场政治教员授课比武，经过专家评委现场打分，两名来自基层的业务骨干入围三甲。 “得益于对基层业务骨干的常态化培养，中心涌现出一批‘上阵地能操作、登讲台会授课’的政治教员。”该中心领导告诉记者，单位点多面广、保障岗位多，为了破解部分单位政治教员数量不足、政治教育授课质量不高等问题，近年来，他们鼓励基层业务骨干担任政治教员，探索推行常态化培养机制，有效提升了思想政治教育水平。实践中，该中心精心组织专题集训，采取授课辅导、实操教学、经验交流等方式，帮助基层业务骨干熟悉掌握思想调查、教案设计、课堂互动等方法。集训期间，他们要求大家在规定时间内编写教案、试讲试教，邀请中心优秀政治教员“一对一”指导帮带。为进一步提升基层业务骨干的组教施教能力，他们定期开展授课比武：赛前，所有选手提交教案接受初审；赛中，评委现场打分、讲评不足；赛后，逐人复盘总结，找准短板不足、明确改进方向。某医院护士长、政治教员朱姝对医院红色历史比较熟悉，还曾参加过国际维和等大项任务。集训中，接到教案编写任务时，由于缺乏授课经验，她一时不知从何下手。医院安排曾被评为“联勤保障部队优秀政治教员”的机关黄干事担任辅导老师，手把手指导她修改讲稿。经过多次调整教案和试讲，朱姝的这堂教育课由于内容接地气、事例冒热气，被评为集训优质课。“通过集训加钢淬火，我登台授课的信心更足了。”朱姝说。 “从‘不会讲’到‘主动讲’，常态化培养机制让一批懂业务、有热情的基层业务骨干走上了教育讲台，有效破解了部分点位教育骨干力量不足的问题。”该中心领导介绍，目前中心绝大多数专业岗位都有业务骨干担任政治教员，他们结合岗位实践打造出一批优质教育课，部分授课教案还被纳入中心“精品教案库”。前不久，该中心某仓库执行物资紧急收发任务，弹药专业的秦强结合弹药易燃易爆等特点，利用任务间隙，灵活组织一堂主题为“把平时当战时、把岗位当战位”的微教育。虽然没有讲稿，也没有课件，但他讲述的亲身经历可感可知、可信可学，战友们听得津津有味，不时报以热烈掌声。授课结束后，官兵斗志昂扬地投入紧急收发作业，以零失误的表现出色完成保障任务。
