新华社北京5月7日电（记者董雪、孙楠）在日本首相高市早苗发表“如果中国大陆对台湾出动军舰并使用武力，可能会构成‘存亡危机事态’”言论半年之际，外交部发言人林剑5月7日在例行记者会上答问时表示，当前中日关系面临严重困难，根源在于高市早苗发表错误涉台言论，责任完全在日方。真正的交流与对话应建立在尊重对方、恪守共识的基础上。日方如果真心想改善中日关系，就应恪守中日四个政治文件和自身所作承诺，撤回错误言论，以实际行动维护中日关系政治基础。“我们敦促日本执政当局正视问题根源，反思纠错，为中日正常交流创造必要条件。”
