夏日，海军某部濒海训练火热展开。海风拂过椰林，海鸥盘旋鸣叫，与官兵嘹亮的呼号声融为一体。训练间隙，记者走进该部宿营区看到，垃圾分类回收点、环保厕所依次排开。该部负责营地管理的一名科长告诉记者：“驻训期间难免产生生活垃圾和厨余垃圾，我们提前和当地环卫部门对接协调，工作人员每天来宿营区集中收运，确保将垃圾及时运出驻训地。” 宿营区后方，一个用防水布围起来的污水收集池吸引了记者注意。原来，部队驻训期间产生的生活废水全部流入污水收集池，每天由吸污车抽走。 “以前驻训期间，个别战友图省事，把塑料垃圾和厨余垃圾混在一起扔，给垃圾分类工作增加了不少困难。”这名科长介绍，为了提升官兵环保意识，如今部队驻训出发前，各营连专门组织一堂环保课，引导大家自觉维护驻训地生态环境。不仅如此，该部机关还制订“环保清单”，明确各类注意事项：驻训期间所有垃圾必须分类处理，油污水要按规定集中收集清运，严禁随意倾倒。傍晚时分，结束一天训练的官兵没有立马返回宿营区，而是仔细打扫训练场地，将当日训练产生的废弃物全部收集带走。该部作训科一名参谋介绍，驻训海域不仅分布着不少珊瑚礁，而且是当地重要鸟类栖息地。今年驻训筹备阶段，他们提前和当地环保部门了解情况，掌握了保护物种的分布区域，在组织实弹射击和装载训练时，避开核心生态区；部队行军转移途中，如果遇到候鸟群，也会主动减速绕行。“作为海军官兵，保卫祖国每片海是我们的责任，保护每片海的生态环境也是我们的分内事。”该部领导对记者说，“环保不是软指标，而是硬约束，部队在哪里安营扎寨，环保工作就做到哪里。” 夕阳西下，几只海鸥在沙滩上悠然踱步。官兵说，驻训有期限，环保无止境。我们要让这片海始终澄澈、这片天始终蔚蓝。
