新华社北京6月5日电（记者吴梦桐、孙楠）外交部发言人毛宁5日在例行记者会上表示，南京大屠杀是日本军国主义犯下的残暴罪行，铁证如山，不容篡改。历史不容翻案。中方敦促日方深刻反省战争罪责，同军国主义彻底切割。有记者问：据报道，日本长崎市计划在2026年度内完成对长崎核爆资料馆展板的更新工作。相关人士透露，馆内有关南京大屠杀的展板文案计划将不再使用“大屠杀”，改为“杀害众多平民和俘虏的南京事件”。中方对此有何评论？毛宁表示，南京大屠杀是日本军国主义犯下的残暴罪行，铁证如山，不容篡改。东京审判明确认定日军在南京的暴行是“屠杀”，而不是所谓“事件”。《远东国际军事法庭判决书》用专章论述“日军在南京的暴行”，通过大量幸存者证词、第三方外籍人士记录和日军档案，以国际司法判决形式判定了侵华日军制造南京大屠杀的滔天罪行。南京大屠杀元凶松井石根作为甲级战犯被处以绞刑。 “历史不容翻案。我注意到很多日本核爆幸存者、长崎市民团体和有识之士呼吁应正确、完整反映日本军国主义作为加害者的罪行和历史。我们敦促日方深刻反省战争罪责，同军国主义彻底切割。”毛宁说。
