新华社北京6月5日电（记者孙楠、董雪）外交部发言人毛宁5日在例行记者会上答问时表示，人工智能不是大国的专利，更不应滑向竞争对抗。中方期待以2026世界人工智能大会暨人工智能全球治理高级别会议为契机，同各方加强人工智能全球治理。有记者问：近期西方媒体有观点认为全球人工智能竞赛进入“中美争霸”，或将加剧科技领域的阵营对抗。同时中美科技企业在通用大模型、机器人等领域最近落地了多个合作项目，不少业界人士呼吁两国在人工智能方面开展合作。中方如何看待上述动向？ “人工智能正在深刻改变生产生活方式，是人类需要共同面对的新课题。人工智能不是大国的专利，更不应滑向竞争对抗。”毛宁表示。她说，中方始终坚持人工智能以人为本、开放包容、普惠向善。我们提出《全球人工智能治理倡议》，连续8年举行世界人工智能大会，倡议成立世界人工智能合作组织，核心就是通过对话凝聚共识、深化合作，打造开放、平等、公平、非歧视的人工智能发展环境。毛宁说，今年7月，中国将在上海举办2026世界人工智能大会暨人工智能全球治理高级别会议。“期待以本次大会为契机，同各方深入交流对话，加强人工智能全球治理，推动人工智能服务全人类福祉。”
