以自身硬自身净创造新业绩 ■陈强习主席强调：“党的干部都是人民公仆，自当在其位谋其政，既廉又勤，既干净又干事。”这深刻提醒军队党员干部，开展思想整风、深化政治整训，要把握好干事与干净的辩证关系，既在事业上放开手脚、积极作为，又在纪律上管住手脚、心存敬畏，做到干事担当、干净打底。 “有勤无廉，政失之于公；有廉无勤，政失之于慵。”干事与干净是反映党员干部作风成色的重要标尺。干事，是党员干部的职责所系，也是价值所在；干净，是干事的先决条件，更是刚性约束。唯有守牢清正廉洁的立身之本，党员干部干事创业才有底气，才能创造经得起历史和实践检验的业绩。现实中，很多党员干部做到了既干事又干净，彰显了清正廉洁的政治本色。但仍有个别人拿干净当“挡箭牌”，为了不出事，宁愿不干事；还有的动机不纯，以干事之名铤而走险，触碰法纪红线……他们把干事创业与清正廉洁割裂开来，这是典型的权力观偏移、政绩观错位的表现。新征程上，军队党员干部应把干净和干事、勤政和廉政统一起来，尽干事之能、守干净之德，真正以自身硬、自身净创造新业绩。
