留心那些“不起眼的门” ■高淙淙作者：张学士公元1453年，东罗马帝国与奥斯曼帝国展开最后的决战。依托君士坦丁堡坚固的堡垒，东罗马帝国勉强抵挡住了奥斯曼帝国数次进攻。然而，当奥斯曼士兵攻破君士坦丁堡外城墙后，突然发现在内城墙边缘有一座不起眼的小门——“凯尔卡门”竟然开着，而且直通城内坚固工事。于是，在没有遭到任何抵抗的情况下，奥斯曼人冲进内城，击溃了东罗马帝国。一座“不起眼的门”，决定了一场战争的胜负。细节决定成败。克劳塞维茨说，战争中行动所依据的情况有四分之三好像隐藏在云雾里一样。那些“不起眼的门”往往就藏在那四分之三里。一江山岛登陆作战发起之前，指战员们除了察探敌情和气象水文外，还就“登陆船抵岸易撞岩”“抢占滩头阵地时战士鞋中容易灌沙粒”等细节问题，研究出“用汽车轮胎挂船舷缓冲”“用布袜子缝在鞋帮上”等方法。正因为不忽视任何一个“不起眼”的细节，我军才得以赢得“三小时攻克一江山岛”的辉煌胜利。未来战争是体系与体系的对抗、系统与系统的较量，任务分工越来越精细、能力要求越来越精准。每名单兵、每个岗位、每台装备，都是信息网络中的重要节点、战斗力链条上不可或缺的一环。从一兵一卒、一枪一弹，直至千军万马、大型武器装备，牵一发而动全身。哪一个岗位出纰漏、哪一个节点出问题，都可能导致“一着不慎，满盘皆输”。战时从容应战，源于平时充分备战。要想防止敌人偷袭那些“不起眼的门”，日常练兵备战就必须始终关好那扇门。只有把各项工作抓得实而又实、细而又细，从一人一岗、一分一秒、一举一动入手，不因细小而不为、不因细微而漠视，全面检视部队建设、训练、管理、作战的全过程、全领域、全要素，确保每一个阶段、每一个环节、每一个作战单元、每一个作战要素都体现精准化、提高精准度，部队才能有更加统一的意志、更加协调的行动、更加顽强的战斗作风，才能更有底气制胜未来战场。事物往往有两面性，战争亦如此。敌人未曾察觉的那扇“不起眼的门”，恰恰是我方的突破口。留心己方的“凯尔卡门”，才能最大程度严密防守、不留破绽；留心对手的“凯尔卡门”，才能掌握破敌之道，事半功倍胜敌。这就要求我们，既要注重查找自身的短板弱项，尽早补齐短板、弥补劣势，还要积极研究对手、研究战争，善于发现对手那些“不起眼的门”，专打“蛇之七寸”，做到以我之长击敌之短，以最小的战争投入赢得战争胜利。
