解放军报讯王德玉、特约记者汪学潮报道：近日，年近70岁的退役军人嵇伟到联勤保障部队第962医院门诊看病，被引导至医院刚设立不久的“退役军人诊区”。接诊护士迅速帮他办理就诊手续，陪同他到相关诊室就诊取药，还为他办了一张伤残军人专用就诊卡，凭卡下次可简化检查和住院流程。嵇伟早年在参加救援任务时受伤，手术后落下伤残。退出现役前，他定期来这家医院复查治疗，见证了从“军人依法优先”窗口到专门的“军人诊区”的服务升级。退役后，他自觉和普通患者一起在门诊排队。令他惊喜的是，这家医院近期设立了“退役军人诊区”，从身份核验、挂号缴费到内外科诊疗等，为退役军人提供“一站式”便捷服务。下一步，该院将持续升级退役军人门诊服务保障，进一步完善服务设施、拓展诊疗项目，切实提升退役军人的获得感、幸福感、荣誉感。
