解放军报讯杨柳岗、王建新报道：“老兵您好！”每当退役军人持优待证刷卡乘车，公交车厢自动响起专属语音问候。这是甘肃平凉公交服务集团为退役军人量身定制的专属乘车礼遇之一。为落实拥军优待政策，解决传统人工核验效率较低、流程复杂等问题，自去年起，平凉市公交服务集团对所属运营车辆刷卡系统进行全面升级。升级后的车载刷卡机可准确识别全国统一制发的退役军人及“三属”优待证，刷卡即可免费乘车。此举告别线下人工核验模式，提升优抚对象出行体验，赢得广大老兵认可。与此同时，他们同步优化“平凉公交”小程序，集成实时查车、路线规划等功能，让“数据多跑路、老兵少跑腿”。 “以前乘车亮证核验，现在刷卡就能免费乘车，真方便。”谈及升级后的公交服务，转业后扎根平凉的江苏籍退役军人老张竖起了大拇指。一句“老兵您好”，传递一城尊崇。据了解，平凉市公交服务集团还将持续优化服务，在老兵退役、新兵入伍等重要节点提供免费车辆保障，并为退役军人日常出行提供更多便利。
