新华社北京6月4日电商务部新闻发言人4日就经合组织产业补贴相关报告答记者问时表示，中方的产业补贴政策严格遵守世贸组织规则，切实履行透明度义务。中方认为，经合组织发布的报告概念界定不严谨，样本选取有偏差，结论片面武断。有记者问，6月1日，经合组织发布产业补贴相关报告，表示中国企业获得的补贴最多，请问商务部对此有何评论？发言人说，补贴是包括经合组织成员在内的各经济体普遍使用的政策工具。中方愿积极参与产业补贴国际规则讨论。发言人指出，报告中所谓的“补贴”缺乏统一衡量标准和统计口径，脱离世贸组织等多边框架共识。报告将中国企业在全球市场份额的增加单纯归因于从政府获得补贴，完全忽视中国企业在规模经济、生产效率、技术迭代等方面真正的核心优势。发言人表示，我们敦促经合组织以客观、中立的方式开展研究，广泛听取相关方意见，使用全面、准确、权威的数据和信息，反映产业发展和政策实践的真实情况，避免将研究报告政治化、工具化，损害自身的信誉。
