●始终以谦逊态度对待逆耳之言，不因言辞尖锐而反感，不因意见相悖而排斥，以宽广胸襟接受一切出于公心、利于建设的批评和建议古语云：“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。”善听逆耳言，方能利于行动、干事成事。对于部队工作而言，所谓逆耳言，就是官兵直白质朴的批评质疑、针对单位建设发展的不同看法和意见建议。逆耳言不拐弯抹角，直接揭示单位存在的短板问题，因此听起来不够“悦耳”。然而，作为身处部队建设关键岗位、发挥重要作用的军队党员干部，应清醒认识到，官兵的逆耳言源自基层火热实践，能够反映部队建设真实的情况和隐蔽的问题。只有善于倾听逆耳之言，才能更好地找准工作偏差，进而采取措施精准纠偏整改，促进部队建设高质量发展。宽广胸襟是党员干部纳言改错的前提，能否包容逆耳之言、正视批评意见，最能检验一名干部的党性修养和思想境界。现实工作中，有的人听不得批评意见，面对官兵的逆耳之言，第一反应不是反思问题，而是掩饰辩解，甚至心生不悦、加以抵触，根源就在于格局狭隘、私心作祟，将个人颜面置于单位建设之上。长此以往，势必堵塞言路，不利于发现问题、不利于弥补不足、不利于改进工作。所以，必须摒弃高高在上的官僚作风和刚愎自用的固执任性，始终以谦逊态度对待逆耳之言，不因言辞尖锐而反感，不因意见相悖而排斥，以宽广胸襟接受一切出于公心、利于建设的批评和建议。善听逆耳之言的关键在于畅通言路，让官兵把心声充分反映出来。不可否认，现实中仍存在言路不够畅通的问题，一些沟通渠道没有很好利用起来，在一些单位不同程度存在谈心谈话走过场、意见征集摆样子的现象。解决好这些问题，党员干部就要主动放下身段，深入基层、深入班排、走进训练场，打消官兵的思想顾虑，鼓励官兵讲真话、道实情、建诤言。同时，不断丰富建言渠道，全面收集各类差异化、建设性意见，打破沟通壁垒，让各类逆耳之言能够畅通无阻地直达党委机关，为精准掌握基层实情、及时破解发展难题提供鲜活依据。倾听逆耳之言、接纳基层意见，最终落脚点在于整改和推动工作，这样才能真正发挥逆耳言的价值。如果只注重收集意见、倾听呼声，却不跟进抓好转化落实，不仅实际问题解决不了，还会挫伤基层官兵建言献策的积极性，影响领导和机关的形象威信。要坚持问题导向，把整改落实作为最终指向，对收集到的各类逆耳之言逐条梳理分类，并建立问题清单。对于能立即整改的绝不拖延，快速回应官兵期待；对于顽固性难题要细化整改举措，一抓到底、久久为功。同时建立公开反馈机制，全程监督整改进度，及时通报整改成果，确保件件有回音、事事有着落，为部队长远建设发展提供源源不断的动力。
