6月3日，国务院台办举行例行新闻发布会。有记者问，近日，福建海警位金门附近海域依法开展执法巡查。台海巡部门称，大陆海警“企图营造具有金门水域管辖权假象”。请问对此有何评论？发言人朱凤莲答问表示，海峡两岸同属一个中国，台、澎、金、马都是中国的一部分。大陆海警部门在相关海域依法开展执法巡查，维护海上作业秩序，保障两岸渔民的生命财产安全，是正常履职行为。
