海军航空大学某场站将日常教育开展情况纳入政治教员比武评比范畴—— 初夏时节，海军航空大学某场站组织开展“三会一好”优秀政治教员比武。在此类比武中多次夺魁的某连李指导员自信登台，声情并茂的授课获得评委一致认可，拿下现场最高分。然而，比武结束，成绩公布，李指导员却傻了眼——总评第5名。 “授课时大家的反响都很好，怎么总评成绩这么低？”心存不解的不止李指导员一人，其他几名“老政工”此次比武成绩也不太理想。他们的课件形式丰富、说理以小见大，案例故事也贴近基层、生动感人，问题到底出在哪里？原来，今年初，机关张干事进行教育情况督导调研时发现，不少比武场上的“明星教员”，日常授课却反响平平，那些赛场上的亮点在他们的日常教育中几乎销声匿迹。经过进一步了解，张干事得知，出现这种情况，是因为部分单位认为比武“一堂精品课定输赢”，所以不仅让参赛人员脱岗备赛，还专门找人推敲讲稿、制作课件，甚至连授课时的姿态手势都要找人设计指导。而日常教育中，明显无法如此“精雕细琢”，授课质效自然滑坡。比武场上“包装漂亮”，日常授课“打回原形”。对于这一情况，该场站领导态度鲜明：“组织比武，是为了选出工作实绩突出、备受官兵认可的政治教员，通过他们辐射全员，带动思想政治教育工作质效跃升。‘台上台下两张皮’不可取，‘脱岗备赛’更是本末倒置，绝不能‘一招鲜，吃遍天’，比武‘出彩’，上课‘拉胯’！” 为此，他们对此次“三会一好”优秀政治教员比武规则进行了调整，不仅遴选基层官兵代表组成“大众评审团”，还将日常教育开展情况纳入比武评比范畴，把机关“推门听课”督导情况量化后计入比武总评得分。此外，他们明确要求，参赛人员不得“脱岗备赛”，不得使用明显超出个人能力水平的课件。李指导员等老教员知道相关新规，但并未放在心上，所以比武现场授课效果很好，却因日常教育情况扣了不少分。得知原因，李指导员陷入沉思。晚上，他找到几名战士，询问他们的想法。“大众评审团”成员、上等兵关雅鑫犹豫地说：“指导员，您比武时引用的案例故事都很鲜活，平时上课却总是‘老三样’。”中士郭得全接过话茬：“不是说您平时上课有什么不好，但和比武时的状态真的差别挺大……” 最后，关雅鑫有些感慨地说道：“如果每堂课都像今天的授课一样精彩就好了……”他的声音很轻，却让李指导员心头一震。直到这时，他才真正意识到，政治教员比武不是“表演秀”，参赛目的也不应是单纯的争名次。自己把过多精力放在了比武场上，却忘记了日常教育才是主阵地。相比在赛场上的口若悬河，在课堂上让战士坐得住、听得进、记得牢才是真本事。想通了这一点，李指导员不再纠结于这次比武失利，而是回到屋里拿出自己过往的教案细细翻看。“不是不知道‘一堂好课’应该是什么样子，只是之前的心思‘跑偏了’。”他暗下决心，以后一定把每次授课都当作比武来准备，“从下次开始，每次授课都是我的‘精品课’。”
